What to expect.
- • Work begins after payment is verified, all required information is received and the scope is accepted. Turnaround estimates start from that point.
- • One revision round is one consolidated set of in-scope changes. Included rounds must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- • Factual or formatting errors caused by CV Genius are corrected for 30 days after delivery — that is accuracy support, not new work.
- • Rush delivery is a capacity request. Nothing rush-related is payable until CV Genius approves it. If CV Genius misses an accepted rush deadline for its own reasons, the rush surcharge is refunded.
- • CV Genius does not fabricate employment, qualifications, achievements, dates or credentials, and does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment.
- • Hosted pages include 12 months from publication, with an optional renewal at the then-published rate you accept in advance. Nothing is published without your approval.
- • Cancellations before work starts are refunded in full for the unperformed service; later cancellations are refunded fairly for the unperformed portion. See the Refund and Revision Policy.
- • Final documents are delivered digitally as PDF plus editable files.
